The rule of the set
Use Drynso to show real products honestly and well. Do not use it to deceive buyers or to harm people.
Never allowed
Content that is illegal where it is made or published. Any sexual content involving minors. Intimate imagery of anyone without their consent. Deepfakes or impersonation of a real person without their permission, including fake endorsements from people who never used the product. Harassment, threats or hate. Malware, spam or anything built to break other systems.
Honest product images
Do not create images that misrepresent what a buyer will receive in a way meant to mislead — for example inventing certifications, safety marks, awards or product features that the real product does not have, or presenting a render as an unedited photograph where the law or the marketplace requires you to say otherwise. Product renders and lifestyle scenes are fine; fraud is not.
Other people's brands
Upload only product photos, logos, labels and packaging you own or are allowed to use. Do not generate counterfeit goods, fake branded packaging, or images that suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist. You are responsible for every trademark and brand asset you bring onto the set.
Provider rules
Each model on Drynso is run by a third-party provider with its own usage policy. A brief that breaks that policy may be refused by the provider; the credits for a refused render are returned automatically.
Abuse of the service
No automated scraping, reselling of access, attempts to get around credit charges, or sharing one account between unrelated businesses.
Enforcement
We may remove content, refuse renders, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal material to the authorities where the law requires.
