Service Level Agreement

9 sections, in plain language

  1. What we commit to

Drynso works to keep the studio — sign-in, the shot setup, your library and billing — available around the clock, using commercially reasonable effort. This agreement says what that means in practice and what happens when something goes wrong.

  2. The dependency

Every render is produced by a third-party model provider. When a provider is slow or unavailable, that model may queue, slow down or pause on Drynso too, while other models keep working. Because their uptime is not ours to promise, we do not publish a fixed availability percentage.

  3. The remedy built into every shot

A render that fails returns its credits to your balance automatically. You never pay for a shot that was not delivered. Credits never expire, so time lost to an outage never costs you credits.

  4. Render times

Most images arrive within a minute and most video clips within a few minutes; long clips and busy providers take longer. The status of each shot is shown in your studio while it renders.

  5. Your library

Completed renders are stored in your library so you can download them again. Keep your own copy of the files you publish — the library is a working archive, not a backup service.

  6. Maintenance

Planned maintenance is kept short and scheduled for quiet hours. Work that interrupts the studio for more than a few minutes is announced in advance where possible.

  7. Support

[email protected] answers within one business day. Reports of a failed render or a payment problem are handled first.

  8. Extended outages

If the studio is unavailable for an extended period, unused purchased credits remain refundable under the Refunds Policy, including outside the usual 14-day window for credits bought just before the outage.

  9. Changes

If this agreement changes, the date above changes with it.
