Payment Policy

9 sections, in plain language

  1. Accepted methods

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  2. What you buy

Prepaid credits for the Drynso studio, either as a ready-made pack or as a custom top-up of the amount you choose. Credits are spent shot by shot at the rate printed next to each model, and they never expire.

  3. One payment, one charge

Every purchase is a single one-time charge. Drynso has no recurring plans, no recurring billing, no trial that turns into a plan and no automatic top-ups. Nothing is charged unless you press buy.

  4. The price before you pay

The full price of a pack or top-up is shown on the billing page before you confirm, in the currency you selected, and the checkout page repeats it. That is the amount charged. Any bonus credits included with a pack are shown next to it.

  5. Currency

You can choose from the currencies offered on the billing page. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fee; that is set by your bank, not by Drynso.

  6. How cards are handled

Payments run on a secure hosted payment page operated by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered on that page and never reach Drynso's servers. A billing address is collected once, on your first card payment, because the processor requires it to verify the card.

  7. Receipts and invoices

Each completed purchase appears in your billing history straight away, credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, and an invoice is available from your profile.

  8. On your statement

The charge appears under the Drynso merchant descriptor. If anything looks unfamiliar, write to [email protected] before contacting your bank — we answer within one business day.

  9. Failed payments

If a payment does not go through, no credits are added and nothing is charged; you can try again or use another method.
