Privacy Policy

9 sections, in plain language

  1. The short version

Drynso keeps the data it needs to run your studio account and nothing more. We do not sell it, and we do not train models on it.

  2. What we keep

Your email address and account name; your credit balance and the history of your top-ups and spends; the briefs (prompts) you write; the reference images you upload; and the images and clips you generate. When you pay, the payment processor shares a confirmation and the billing country with us — never your full card number.

  3. Why we keep it

To sign you in, to run each shot, to keep your library and invoices available, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to email you about your account, your purchases and password resets. We do not send marketing mail.

  4. Who sees your brief

When you start a render, your brief and any reference image go to the one model provider you selected for that shot, because that provider produces the image or clip. Our payment processor handles card payments, and our hosting and email providers store and deliver data on our behalf. That is the full list.

  5. What never happens

Your data is never sold or rented. Your briefs, product photos and outputs are never used to train AI models — by us, or by anyone on our behalf.

  6. Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies; the Cookies Policy has the detail.

  7. How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account is open. Transaction records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, even after an account is closed.

  8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will act on it, normally within a few business days.

  9. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
